False profile and misrepresentation by website and entity DoctorxDentist

This is to clarify that myself, Dr Chan Zi Ping Jeremy and my clinic Dr Jeremy Chan Medical Clinic have been subjected to unconsented profile posting on the platform DoctorxDentist.
I and my clinic have no associations with DoctorxDentist. Attempts have been made with the website to correct, cease and desist their actions and delist myself and my practice but only a partial response has been returned.
Dr Jeremy Chan Medical Clinic personally handles any appointment bookings on our website and any social media platforms like Google pages. No appointment bookings have ever been arranged or managed by DoctorxDentist and this remains so today.
We do not tolerate rogue behaviour by DoctorxDentist in their persistence to list myself and my clinic practice despite request to do otherwise and have lodged a formal complaint with MOH (Ministry of Health, Singapore), SMC (Singapore Medical Council) and PDPC (Personal Data Protection Commission, Singapore).
Our clinic practice values patient and doctor autonomy and privacy protection and we view this as important in our care for patients. We remain a law abiding entity and continues to be so. As such we wish to delineate clearly from the questionable and possibly unlawful practices by DoctorxDentist.

Update on the DoctorxDentist website matter and unconsented listing.

It appears that the entity has taken down the relevant profiles and links from Google Search pages of my name and/or clinic practice name.
We will continue to observe and keep close surveillance and appropriate action will be taken should these links, profiles or any unsolicited, unconsented content about myself or my clinic appear again on the DoctorxDentist webpages or any related subsidiary pages.
